Waitlisting allow a business to add customers to a list for sessions and events that are booked out so the customer can be notified when space become available. When a customer wants to book a session time or event and the session time or all bookings within a day are booked out they can add their details to a waitlist.
For events, there is only the waitlist option for waitlist by time. Additionally, you can only waitlist for the first 'time' of the event, i.e., for term events, you can only waitlist for the first session of the event.
When a cancellation or modification occurs the customer is automatically notified so they can make a booking.
