When you select "Appove All Bookings" on your Account Preferences, all bookings made by your clients are intially unconfirmed (Tentative).
The Tentative bookings appear on your dashboard under the section "Unconfirmed Bookings". Each booking must be Approved to be confirmed and consequently display in your future booking list.
When the client books they receive an unconfirmed booking notification, indicating the booking needs to be approved. Booking is Tentative until the account administrator or manager approves it.
- To approve and confirm the booking, select "Approve Booking".
- To decline and remove a booking, select "Decline Booking".
Users with Manager access can use to access the Client page. The Client page opens with the selected Client/Customer highlighted, enabling you to send email/SMS to the client prior to declining the booking.
