Are SMS and email reminders included in the monthly subscription cost?

Use as many email reminders as you like for free. No limits, no hidden costs.

SMS reminders are a little different and need to be purchased separately. SMS credits can be purchased via your bookitlive account and will be charged against the card associated with the account.

Purchasing SMS credits

1. Logon to bookitlive
2. Select Settings > Purchase SMS Credits
3. Add the number of credits you want to purchase
   
   
   
4. Select Purchase Credits
