Moving an event session time when you already have bookings
You have setup a once of event session using a once of schedule and already have bookings. How do you move the session to a new time?
If the new time is within the existing event session time you need to set up a temporary schedule outside of the existing event session time.
- Use Tools > Add Schedule and add a new schedule that is not within the existing session or new session time.
- Use modify booking to change the session to the temporary schedule. Note: Switch notification to none to avoid sending confusing notification to your clients.
- Use Tools > List schedules and remove the old schedule.
- Create the new schedule from Tool > add Schedule for the new session time
- Use modify booking to change the session to the new schedule. Note: If you don't want to notify clients of this change switch notification to none to avoid sending confusing notification to your clients.
