Online forms allow additional questions specific to your business to be asked during the Booking and Product Purchase process.
The additional information collected could be

The online forms can be created with the following options:
- Text entry fields
- Mandatory fields
- Checkboxes
- Radio buttons
- Pulldown lists
- Conditional logic
As the online forms are written in XML format, bookitlive creates these forms for you. The forms are created and tested before adding to your account. We also work with you to make sure the online form is correct.
Services
All your Services could use the same online form or each service can have its own online form to ask questions based on the service being booked.
Clients
All your Clients can have the same form to ask questions about the individual booking that are stored against that individual's details in the BookItLive application.
Products
All your Products could use the same online form or each product can have its own online form to ask questions based on the product being purchased.
