HTML emails notifications

What are HTML emails?

The HTML emails allows you to use fonts, colours, table columns, links, and images in your email notifications. All areas where you configure email content will have an integrated html editor that will allow you to cut and paste HTML content.

Images can be added by inserting a URL link to an image so the image needs to be stored online. bookitlive can host these images if you require.

The HTML email functionality is available for:

Account wide email signatures
Service based email signatures
email templates
Sending emails from the client page

Each of these areas will have an integrate HTML editor to allow the HTML elements to be set and includes:

Fonts
Font size
Colour
Images
Links
Tables
Columns
