Adding a new Driving Instructor

Adding a new Driving Instructor to your account requires:

• Adding a new resource for the Instructor schedule
• Adding locations where the Instructor operates
• Adding a user account for the Instructor to manage their own bookings

Adding the Resource for the Instructor

1. Select Configuration > Instructors
2. Select Add Resource  from the bottom of the page
3. Type in a Resource Name
4. Select a Schedule type one week
5. Select the operating hours that the Instructor is available for each day of the week by setting the start and end time for each day they are available
6. Select the Service (Lesson types) the Instructor will perform
7. Select Save

If your account is configured to use locations you will need to select the locations where the Instructor operates. See: Adding locations

Adding a user account for the Instructor

Add a User logon so the Instructor can logon and manage their bookings. See: Adding Users
