How do I identify who Added or Cancelled a Booking?

Modified on Wed, 4 Mar at 7:54 AM

As bookitlive allows for both Public Bookings by clients and Private Booking via the business Dashboard (by Administrators, Managers or Staff Members), we need to identify who made the Booking.

BookItLive provides an audit trail of:

  • The add/delete booking action
  • Who the booking action was performed by

Viewing the booked by from booking sheet

  1. Go to the booking sheet
  2. Hover over a booking and the details are display which includes booked by

Using Reports to determine who Booked or Cancelled a booking
