There are many options available to you to customise or personalise your emails and SMS.

Below is a list of merge tags that can be used in your email/SMS templates and marketing.

Business Tags

Business tags use the account's business data that is set under the "Account Preferences" Settings page Unless otherwise stated).

Service Tags

Service Tags relate to the Service that was booked, as set on the "Services" Configuration page.

Resource Tags relate to the Resource that was booked, as set on the "Resources" Configuration page.

Booking Tags

Booking Tags containing data related to the specific booking made. Applicable for both Service and Event bookings.

ID	[BOOKING.ID]	A unique booking ID is created for every participant involved in the booking transaction Multiple Booking IDs can be generated for a single booking transaction where multiple participants are booked in that single booking transaction
Transaction ID	[BOOKING.TRANSACTION_ID]	A unique transaction ID is created for a booking transaction. Each booking transaction, regardless of the number of participants booked in that transaction, will only ever create a single transaction ID
Receipt	[BOOKING.RECEIPT]	Receipt number generated for the booking when booking payment is required. Only generated when booking is paid for via online card payment
Fulfilment method	[BOOKING.PAYMENT_METHOD]	How the booking was paid for by the booking Client (card, voucher, or membership)
Created	[BOOKING.CREATED]	The date when the booking was first created/made
Date & Time	[BOOKING.DATETIME]	The planned booking date and time
Date & Time ISO	[BOOKING.DATETIME_ISO]	The planned booking date and time in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SSZ)

Payment Message	[BOOKING.PAYMENTMESSAGE]	A payment message indicating what will appear on their card statement Displays text "This payment will appear on any relevant credit card statement as "BOOKITPAY OSBORNE PARK"" in the notification body
Coupon Code	[BOOKING.DISCOUNT_CODE]	The coupon discount code applied when making the booking
Voucher Code	[BOOKING.VOUCHERCODE]	The voucher code applied when making the booking
Voucher Usage	[BOOKING.VOUCHERUSED]	The total number of usages of the voucher code to date for the voucher code that was used to make the booking
Voucher Usage Remaining	[BOOKING.VOUCHERUSEREMAIN]	The remaining number of usages of the voucher code used to make the booking
Voucher Expiry	[BOOKING.VOUCHEREXPIRY]	The date when the voucher code used to make the booking expires
Location - Full Address	[BOOKING.LOCATIONADDRESS]	The full address information (street address, suburb name and postcode) submitted as part of the booking process

Membership Tags

Tags contain data related to Membership Subscriptions purchased.
