SMS templates allow you to customise the SMS notifications that are sent to clients for booking confirmations and reminders.There are eight different types of SMS templates.
SMS Templates
Templates are used for multiple purposes and include:
- booking notifications
- Client invitations
- Sending bulk SMS for marketing or other communications
Template name | Function |
Booking confirmation to client | Sent to a client when they make a booking. |
Booking modification to client | Sent to a client when they modify a booking. |
Booking cancellation to client | Sent to a client when they cancel a booking. |
Booking reminder to client | Sent to a client prior to a booking time, Send time is based on the Reminder rule set on the Notification setting page. |
Booking additional reminder to client | Sent if a client record is configured to send to other people. |
Booking confirmation to resource | Sent to a Admin/Manager/Staff when a booking is added. |
Booking modification to resource | Sent to a Admin/Manager/Staff when a booking is modified. |
Booking cancellation to resource | Sent to a Admin/Manager/Staff when a booking is cancelled. |
Booking reminder to resource | Sent to a staff prior to a booking time, Send time is based on the Reminder rule set on the Notification setting page. |
Client Invitation | Sent when editing a client record and selecting option to sent invitation. |
Client SMS 1 | Used on the client page to send bulk SMS messages. |
Client SMS 2 | Used on the client page to send bulk SMS messages. |
Client SMS 3 | Used on the client page to send bulk SMS messages. |
Client SMS 4 | Used on the client page to send bulk SMS messages. |
Client SMS 5 | Used on the client page to send bulk SMS messages. |
