Client Preferences

The client preferences is used to select the fields a client needs to complete the first time they make a booking. You can select the fields and the order that you want them to appear. You can also set if a field is optional or mandatory. The filed labels names can be changed using the Terminology setting.

 

Book/Buy as guest

Selecting the Book/Buy as guest option can make it really simple for a customer to book as you can remove the need for them to create a logon and needing to set a password. While this option makes it simple to book or buy customer will not have a password so will not be able to login to cancel or modify their own booking without first retrieving a password. the customer will also have to enter their details such as First/Last name, mobile and email every time they book/buy.
