bookitlive saves the details of everyone who books or purchases with you as clients. The Clients page in your bookitlive account, acts as a database for all of your client information.
You have a record for every client that includes all of their contact details and details of their upcoming and previous bookings and allows you to contact them directly by email or SMS.
From the Clients page on bookitlive account you can:
- View all client records
- Search for specific client
- View a clients record
- Edit their details
- View future and past bookings
- Contact your clients directly
- Export your client list to Excel
