You can configure a service to take a booking deposit by setting the variable cost option.
- Editing a service to take a deposit
- Select Configuration tab select Services & Resources
- Open the service that you want to set the deposit for
- Select the Variable costs
- Enter Deposit and a amount
- Select the cost option
- Make sure Pay Online is selected for the payment options
- Select Save
