Sometimes a client is deleted from your client list which needs to be added back.
When a client is deleted from your client list the client is archived. Archived clients can be added back to your client list by performing the following:
- On Clients tab, select Add new client
- Enter the email address of the client that was deleted
- Press tab
- Message 'The email address entered is already in use' appears, click Select this client
- Save
The deleted client is added back to the client list.
