One step in protecting client data is implementing an automatic inactivity session timeout. The bookitLive default session timeout is 30 minutes. A session will timeout when there has been no page interaction for 30 minutes. Moving between pages will reset the session timeout.
bookitLive understands that businesses have differing requirements regarding timing out a session so the inactivity time can be changed at the user level. A business user can raise a support request on this page to get their inactivity time changed to increase or reduce the time to meet their business requirements.
