- The Client (i.e., the Customer) selects a booking button to access the booking functionality.
- The Customer chooses the Service they want to book.
- If required, the customer selects the Resource (i.e., the Person) they want to have perform the selected Service.
- A list of available times are displayed and the Customer selects the time they prefer.
- The Customer creates a BookItLive account, uses their existing BookItLive account, or books as a guest.
- If required, the Customer answers questions required by the business.
- Customer completes booking and pays if required.
Once booking is complete:
- The customer receives an email and or SMS confirmation.
- If configured, the Customer receives a reminder email and/or SMS prior to the booking time.
