All client records can be updated to change the details. This includes the email address, the spelling of their name, correcting contact details such as their phone numbers or address details.
- Login to bookitlive
- Select the client tab
- Search for the client that need to be updated
- Select the client name to open the client record
- Update the details that need to be changed
- Save
